Masters of the Creative Idea: McCann NY ECDs Make Adweek’s Creative 100 List

Today, three of our very talented creatives – ECDs Daniela Vojta, Priti Kapur and Susan Young – were named to Adweek’s Creative 100 list. The annual list celebrates "masters of the creative idea...100 unique and fascinating problem solvers from the worlds of advertising, media, technology, branding, pop culture and more.” Dani, Priti and Susan have recently worked on inspiring, stereotype-busting campaigns for brands like Microsoft and the nonprofit, Girls Who Code. Susan has been with McCann since 2013 working on MasterCard and Microsoft. In terms of her creative approach, she says, "No matter what kind of obstacles get in the way, we’re all about finding new solves that we love just as much as the original idea.” Adding, "I really appreciate that we have the opportunity to work on projects that hopefully have some positive impact on the world."

Daniela, who hails from Rio de Janeiro, also joined McCann NY in 2013. “I don’t think there’s every been a better time to be a Creative,” she says. “The saturation of advertising has challenged brands to put out work that truly matters and connect with people on a deeper level." On the Creative 100: "I’m so honored. Making the list is another testament to McCann's incredible momentum.”

Originally from New Delhi, Priti works on Microsoft and helped launch Windows 10. Priti gravitates towards work that challenges biases. "'I'm thrilled to be included on this list a year after moving to the U.S. and joining McCann,” she says.
